Sinister Abigail’s downfall confirmed in Hollyoaks as she dares to take on Sienna

Abigail has met her match in Sienna! (Picture: Lime Pictures / Metro) Abigail Matthews (Brooke Vincent) looks set to meet her match in Hollyoaks when she finds out that the almighty Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) is her new colleague. Sienna, whose reputation as the Channel 4 soap’s signature schemer proceeds her, used to work at the high school alongside Nancy (Jessica Fox) until about four years ago when things took a turn. After working as a cleaner with Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson), which led to the duo burying bodies and covering up the crimes of Ethan Williams (Matthew James Bailey) and Norma Crow (Glynis Barber), Sienna opened a stall in the market selling flowers. The stall in question has been manned by various villagers following her arrest and subsequent prison stint and, following her release, Sienna has found herself drawn to Tony Hutchinson (Nick Pickard) – and this very much continues in upcoming scenes. Nancy is left with food for thought. Despite their fraught history, the two actually got along pretty well last time Sienna held a position in the school and therefore she agrees to interview her former love rival. As viewers know, the troublemaker has made her feelings clear on Sienna – who was Cleo McQueen’s (Nadine Mulkerrin) ex – known previously and, determined to cause issues, she questions Sienna on her criminal background.
