The vendor confirmed that he did and explained that quite a few people came to his cart for them.He said his customers included pet owners as well as dog lovers who bought the sugar-free kulfis to feed stray dogs. Vikram then decided to get one for his own dog, Tara, before showing the vendor and his kulfi cart.The simple gesture quickly won praise online, with viewers appreciating the vendor for thinking beyond his usual customers and making something that dogs could enjoy too.
