Four pedestrians and a driver were raced to hospital with their condition currently unknown. Cops are now urging any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward. A statement from North Wales Police said: “We are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision which occurred at Mostyn Champneys, Llandudno today. “Shortly after 10.50am, we received multiple calls regarding a multi-vehicle collision which involved a number of pedestrians. The driver of one of the vehicle’s involved and a number of pedestrians were transported to hospital for further assessment. “We are urging anyone who may have witnessed the vehicle being driven prior to the collision or was in the area at the time to contact us. We are also appealing for anyone who may have any dash camera or mobile phone footage of the vehicle being driven prior to the collision to contact us.” A spokesperson for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: “We sent one Cymru High Acuity Response Unit, one Duty Operations Manager and three emergency ambulances to the scene. Most read in The Sun “Advanced critical care support was delivered by the Emergency Medical Retrieval and Transfer Service in two Wales Air Ambulance charity helicopters. “Five patients were conveyed by road to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.” The Sun has contacted Wales Air Ambulance for comment.
