(PTI photo)A sexual harassment case has been registered against BRS working president KT Rama Rao (KTR), former Telangana minister T Harish Rao and two other party leaders following a complaint by a woman police constable alleging indecent conduct during a confrontation at the Legislative Assembly earlier this week.Besides KTR and Harish Rao, the two other BRS leaders are Sudheer Reddy and Naveen Reddy.According to the complaint, the incident took place during a scuffle between BRS legislators and police at Gate No. 3 of the Assembly on Monday, the opening day of the Monsoon Session.The constable claimed that the BRS leaders removed their T-shirts and stood semi-naked in front of women police personnel, adding that their conduct amounted to harassment and insult. The confrontation broke out after BRS MLAs and MLCs were stopped by police from entering the Assembly premises while wearing black T-shirts and carrying placards with slogans targeting the ruling Congress government.The BRS legislators were protesting what they alleged was the Congress government's failure to fulfil its electoral promises after nearly 1,000 days in office.
