Wolves Trade Josh Green To Jazz For Cody Williams, John Konchar
The Minnesota Timberwolves traded Josh Green and cash to the Utah Jazz for Cody Williams and John Konchar on Friday night. The Wolves plan to keep Williams and will waive-and-stretch Konchar. By moving Green's $14.7 million salary, the Wolves can now sign Jonathan Kuminga using the taxpayer midlevel exception. Green averaged 4.3 points and 1.8 rebounds last season. The deadline to waive and stretch players is Saturday.
