Case in point: her new NPR Tiny Desk Concert, which sees the rising singer-songwriter perform “Thirst Trap,” “Sue Me,” and more from her debut album Who’s The Clown? Hobert also offered some clarity on her relationship to the show Friends before launching into “Phoebe”: “I’ve seen all but one and a half seasons.
