Sign in to your XDA account It's always a good idea to buy a laptop that features more power than you need. You never know when your needs will change, and laptops can't really be upgraded that well. The Acer Swift 16 AI is a prime choice if you're in the market for something new. And the new $550 discount makes it even better. It's not cheap at $1,000, but this sale makes it an impressive value right now. It's more power than most people will ever need, but you'll be glad that you have it. Save $550 on this model. Operating System Windows 11 Home Webcam 2560 x 1440 Wi-Fi connectivity Wi-Fi 7 (Intel Killer) Bluetooth 5.4 Form factor Clamshell You won't be left wanting more The crown jewel of this laptop is going to be its CPU, with the Swift AI running an Intel Core Ultra X7 358H chip. It's powerful on its own, but it also brings Intel Arc B390 integrated graphics that can do a lot of heavy lifting. The RAM pairing isn't the best at just 16GB, but what do you expect with everything going on right now? There's a 1TB SSD, which should be plenty, and you can also upgrade the latter when needed. We don't think many people will feel the laptop struggling with day-to-day things, but if you're going to be more intense apps, like for creative work, we'd recommend bumping up to 32GB of RAM. The laptop also features a large and beautiful 16-inch OLED display, with a resolution of 2880 x 1800. It also has a refresh rate that can hit 120Hz. The port selection is quite good, with everything you need in 2026. It's not exactly cheap, but the price here is very fair. Give it a try if you need something new. Or head to your local Best Buy to check it out in person.
