Credit: Apple, Samsung, Google, Amazon Table of Contents Amazon's October Prime Day sale is in full swing, and that includes good deals on smartwatches. As part of this list, I'm including traditional smartwatches, like those from Apple, Google, and Samsung, and also fitness-focused watches from companies like Garmin. Read on to see what I've found, and stay tuned because I'll be updating this list throughout the sale. The Apple Watch Series 12 is $50 offThe Series 12 is the newest watch in Apple's lineup, and it's one that I think is definitely worth the upgrade. It's been on the market less than a month, but it's already on sale for $50 off its original price. The GPS-only model starts at $349.99 (normally $399) and the cellular model at $449.99 (normally $499). This is the watch with the new heart rate sensor, which I found to be very accurate, on par with the best Garmins. It also has step counts and recovery HRV, features that will unfortunately not be coming to the Series 11 or earlier. The Apple Watch SE 3 is only $199Apple Watch SE 3 starts at $199 today for GPS-only models, and $249 for those with cellular capabilities. The SE is the budget version of the Apple Watch, and these watches normally go for $249 and $299, respectively. The current sale price is the lowest I've ever seen it. The Apple Watch Ultra 3 is $200 offIt's hard to beat an Apple Watch as a combination smartwatch and fitness tracker. You can read more about how they hold their own against Fitbits and Oura rings, or see which are our favorite models for 2026. So far, only a few models are on sale: The Apple Watch Series 11 with cellular is $349.57 (down from $499.99). This is the 2025 model. Or if you're looking for an Ultra, try the Apple Watch Ultra 3 for $699.97 (down from $899.99). The Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic is $160 offSamsung's Galaxy Watches tend to be strong in fitness features and are a great companion to a Samsung phone. I'm seeing the 2024 Samsung Galaxy Watch 7, 40 mm, Bluetooth only, for $159.99 (down from $249.99). But what's even better are the deals on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8, starting at $208.99 (originally $299.99), and the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, LTE, 46 mm, $389.99 (down from $549.99). The Pixel Watch 5 is $65 offGoogle's Pixel watches are good at fitness tracking and everyday smartwatch use, and I loved the ultra-fast charging when I tested a previous version. If you'd like to pick up the newest edition, the Pixel Watch 5, the wifi-only model starts at $334.99 today, down from $399.99. The cellular model is $414.99, down from $499.99. The Pixel Watch 4 is $120 offPixels are another brand of smartwatch that has done well in my testing. The Pixel Watch 4, last year's model, is on sale for $329.95, down from its original price of $449.99. This is the 41 millimeter size, with cellular LTE capabilities. This is the watch that impressed me with its ultra-fast charging, and it just got some new health features, including reports that estimate your insulin resistance. The Garmin Vivoactive 5 is $100 off its original priceGarmin's Vivoactive line is probably its most underrated. It's solidly good at running and fitness tracking, and convenient for everyday use with a touchscreen for most functions (but still uses physical buttons to start, stop, and lap workouts). The Vivoactive 5 was originally $299.99 and then dropped to $229.99 back when the Vivoactive 6 came out. Right now, it's just $199.99. What do you think so far? The Fitbit Inspire 3 is only $70The Inspire 3 is an older Fitbit model that, if we're being honest, does most of what the Fitbit Air does, plus tells the time. It doesn't have its own GPS, but can use your phone's GPS to track running or walking distance. It's only $69.95 for some colors right now, down from an original price of $99.95. While you're looking at Fitbits, it's also worth noting that the Charge 6 is $131.56, down from an original price of $159.99.
