The legendary conwoman, whose tales of betrayal and scheming date back decades, has been tasked by Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) to destroy Caleb (William Ash) and Ruby. Thus far, Sadie has managed to win the trust of Ruby, who invited her, Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) and Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) over to Mill Cottage for a wine tasting session. As the booze flowed, the foursome played a game of Never Have I Ever, which led to the truth about Ruby’s past dalliance with Cain coming to light. Intrigued, Sadie attempted to pick at that wound, much to the chagrin of Ruby, which led to Manpreet letting spill about Caleb’s past betrayal with other women.
