The Royals Are Spiraling About Prince Harry’s Return to England, and Queen Camilla Is “Firmly on Team Kate”

Today in the royals spinning out because Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and their cute family are minding their business over in England, it appears that Queen Camilla and Kate Middleton are (a) less than thrilled, and (b) very much aligned.Royal reporter Andrew Lownie tells the Daily Mail that Camilla is “firmly on Team Kate” and wants King Charles to set “clear boundaries” with his youngest son.“The Queen, who is very close to Kate, has been stiffening the resolve of the King to establish clear boundaries for [Harry and Meghan],” Lownie said. “There remains a great deal of family dissension about the way the King has handled the Sussex problem on top of the ‘too little, too late’ strategy on the disgraced former prince Andrew and his family.”Lownie added, “On Team Wales is the Queen, who is very close to Kate, and has been stiffening the resolve of the King to establish clear boundaries for the Sussexes.”As for what those boundaries are, exactly, apparently the royals are taking a “wait and watch” approach, and the Waleses specifically “feel no need to respond for the moment.” That said, Prince William and Kate “are concerned that the strategy has given Harry what he originally wanted of ‘half in, half out’ and that there is a danger of two competing courts and scope for embarrassment and upstaging.” They also fear history is repeating itself, and that “It’s a rerun of the behavior of the Duke of Windsor when he saw an opportunity to return to Britain after the war with the poor health of George Vl.”I mean, so far Meghan and Harry are literally just chilling out and trying to find a place to live, but…sure!
