Sneak Energy D&D Collab Is A Huge Win For Both Brands

Published Nov 4, 2026, 12:05 PM EST Niall (pronounced Ny-ul) is a UK-based writer who has been writing about Magic: The Gathering throughout his entire career, with everything from new set breakdowns and individual deck guides to offering his opinions on the state of formats and the general direction of the iconic TCG. Niall also has a rich history covering triple-A releases, sports games, and PC hardware. Dungeons & Dragons is bigger than ever, and that attracts all sorts of brand interest. The latest collaboration to come out of this is with Sneak Energy in the UK: a line of D&D-themed drinks and merch, including a drink shaker and a T-shirt. I'll admit I rolled my eyes a little when the email about this collab landed in my inbox; as a Sneak customer, I'm no stranger to the string of previous collabs, most recently with Transformers and Street Fighter. Still, I took the plunge and ordered some products from this partnership out of pure curiosity, and I have to admit: it's perfectly on theme and may even be one of the better D&D crossovers I've seen in recent years. D&D And Energy Drinks, A Match Made On Mount Celestia Sneak isn't the first company to try a D&D energy drink, with Boston America Corp tackling this collab in 2024 with a Hero's Potion of Power drink. However, the stereotypical potion route is so ridiculously overdone in D&D products that Sneak has won me over with its unique branding alone. In the drinks lineup, there are the Citrus Quest cans, Breath Weapon and False Fortune energy powders, and Brain Juice hydration powder. Throw in the limited-edition glow-in-the-dark shaker and awesome hoodie and T-shirt, and this collab was almost too big to fail. Rather than taking the easy route of potions, the drinks' branding appeals to players who have actually sat around a table and set out on a D&D adventure. Mind Flayers, Beholders, Mimics, and Dragons adorn the designs of the powder tubs, cans, and merch, showing real attention to detail and understanding of what appeals to players. Basically, even if these products didn't explicitly have D&D logos on them, you'd still know what the collaboration was, and that's a sign of a job well done. I also appreciate the mystery surrounding the flavors of the drinks. Except for the cans, which are advertised as lemon, lime, and orange-flavored, the powder tubs are quite opaque. False Fortune mentions a "deceptive formula" that starts bright blue before hitting you with a burst of "something else," while Elder Brain is a little clearer, noting "elderflower and tart blueberry." It's all good fun and adds to the whimsy and mystique of the collab, and this partnership with Wizards of the Coast gives me hope that a Magic: The Gathering collab isn't out of the realm of possibility (hint hint, Sneak). No Sign Of A North America Release Date (Yet) Unfortunately, it appears that this collaboration is exclusive to the UK and EU for now, as there is no sign of the products on Sneak's US & Canada site. That said, as much as I appreciate this awesome crossover being available in my home region, I'd love for as many people as possible to experience it, and a North American release will do just that. Energy drinks aren't exactly hard to come by in 2026, with multiple brands constantly fighting for your attention, from big names like Red Bull and Monster to smaller, niche brands like Holy and Sneak. High-quality collaborations like the ones Sneak consistently delivers can help bring attention to the brand, but it ultimately has to deliver with the end product. While I'm no fan of every powder flavor they've produced (blue raspberry, cherry bomb, purple storm, and sour apple are the elites), and their meal range was a big swing and a miss for me, I've been consistently impressed by the quality of the products I have liked. In a world where gamers are being bombarded with ads for every energy drink under the sun, I look to Sneak as one of the few that actually understands its audience, and that's why I've been a customer for years.
