Multiple boats and watercrafts can be seen bobbing in the peaceful blue waters – until the jet ski comes roaring into view. The shock collision left the boat spinning in the water with a freshly splintered front. The local port authority has launched a probe into the collision. No injuries or deaths have been reported, confirmed officials. A spokesperson for the Cartagena Port Authority said the facts still needed to be “verified”.
