She was then seen coughing as Saurabh patted her back and helped her recover from the unexpected moment.Sharing the video, Shehnaaz wrote, “Before the video, there's a little BTS story. So many of you were asking me to post the nathni moment.”The video prompted fans to express concern over Shehnaaz’s well-being, with several asking her to be more careful on set.
