Posting to her Instagram Story on Saturday, Chrisley, 29, reflected that it had been a “whirlwind” week, and that the “world can be so incredibly cruel.” The “Chrisley Knows Best” alum indeed had a week full of headlines: She first announced she was pregnant and engaged in an Instagram video Tuesday. It was subsequently revealed that her fiancé is convicted fraudster Jason Galanis, 56. And then it was further uncovered that she and Galanis secretly tied the knot on July 14 at a Baptist church in the Cayman Islands, months before publicly announcing their engagement and pregnancy. You don’t have to fight every battle, answer every accusation, or convince the world of what God already knows to be true,” “Sometimes the greatest act of faith is simply being still, choosing love when you’re met with hate, extending grace when none is given, and trusting that Jesus is working even in the moments that hurt the most. My heart is full. My blessings are immeasurable. And my faith is stronger than any storm this world could ever bring. Because at the end of the day, hate will never have the final word. JESUS WILL. And LOVE ALWAYS WINS.” “I’ve learned that you don’t have to defend what God has already ordained. You don’t have to fight every battle,” she continued. Chrisley put the location of her post as the Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida. Galanis previously made headlines when President Donald Trump commuted his prison sentence in March 2025. In September 2020, he was sentenced to more than 14 years in prison for his role in two schemes, including one that defrauded a Native American tribe and investors out of tens of millions of dollars. In addition to prison time, Galanis, who was once dubbed “Porn’s New King,” was ordered to forfeit about $80 million in proceeds and pay an equal amount in restitution. Chrisley, however, has defended him as her “protector” and “fiercest fighter,” as well as her “most loyal person.” In a recent episode of her “Unlocked” podcast, Savannah also defended their large age gap, declaring she does “not care” about the “brutal” criticism.
