SA police say man dies while resisting arrest in Adelaide CBD

A man has died in the Adelaide CBD after police say he became unresponsive during an attempted arrest this afternoon.Police were called to West Terrace just after 4:15pm, following reports a man was behaving in a disorderly manner and damaging vehicles.Police said they attempted to arrest the man, but he resisted and became unresponsive.In a statement, SA Police said, "Despite the efforts of police and paramedics who performed CPR, he died at the scene."A report is being prepared for the state coroner, and the death will be subject to a Police Commissioner's Inquiry.
