MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s trip to Davao Region a day after delivering his fifth State of the Nation Address (Sona) to inspect government projects and provide assistance to local government units (LGUs) “once again demonstrates his style of governance that is fair and free from favoritism,” according to Executive Secretary Ralph Recto.
