Worrying about various risks that can affect your business — from new competitors to macroeconomic shocks — means you can prepare for them.But what's worse, as he described it, are 'strategic inflection points' that signal a massive shift in fundamentals that could either lead to staggering growth or a grave decline by an order of magnitude.
