Princess Kate tops Tatler’s annual Best Dressed List for second time after posh mag hails choices during Italy tour

THE Princess of Wales has topped society magazine Tatler’s annual Best Dressed List — for the second time. Kate, 44, who first won in 2022, is No1 again for her fashion choices during her first overseas visit to Italy as she recovered from cancer.
