Presley Gerber’s Ex Charlotte D’Alessio “Very Angry” About His Death

Presley Gerber Found Dead of Suspected Overdose, Police ConfirmA past love of Presley Gerber is speaking out about his tragic death. After Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber’s son died on Sept. 20 at 27, his ex-girlfriend Charlotte D’Alessio looked back on their two years together with an emotional tribute. “Shared a pure love with you & for that I thank & honor your life,” Charlotte wrote on Instagram Stories Sept. 21 alongside a throwback photo of the pair on a dock. “You deserved more time. You deserved more life. Very angry [about] this.” Charlotte and Presley’s romance began in 2018 after they met through Presley’s sister Kaia Gerber. While they parted ways after about two years together, Charlotte noted their love for each other never truly faded. “Love u Pres. always. Up there, down here,” the 29-year-old continued over a black-and-white photo of the former couple. “Don’t ever doubt that. We all love you so much. I hope you can feel it.”Accompanying the heartfelt words were pictures and videos of some of Charlotte’s favorite memories with the model, including a clip of him running with a dog by the ocean. As she wrote over the video, “I will always remember you this way.” Presley died in a rehab facility Sept. 20, according to the Los Angeles Medical Examiner.Instagram/Charlotte D’Alessio Though his cause of death has yet to be determined, police shared that his tragic passing is being investigated as a suspected overdose. "On September 20, 2026, at approximately 9:35 a.m., Santa Monica Police Department officers responded to a report of a possible overdose,” the department told E! News in a statement Sept. 21. "Upon arrival, officers located an adult male who was deceased. The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner has identified the individual as Presley Gerber, 27.”Instagram/Charlotte D’Alessio The message continued. “At this time, there is no indication of foul play. The official cause and manner of death will be determined by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.” Following news of his death, a rep for the Gerber family told E! News that they are “asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time."
