A double-gated Los Angeles mansion that Paris Hilton and her husband Carter Reum rented as new parents is back on the market for $159,000 a month, Gimme Shelter has learned. The home, at 70 Beverly Park, is inside the exclusive guard-gated Beverly Park enclave, where each home comes with at least 2 or 3 acres. Past and present residents include Justin and Hailey Bieber, Denzel Washington and Adele, who bought Sylvester Stallone’s former home in 2022. “Beverly Park is one of the most coveted enclaves in LA, and 70 Beverly Park is a standout. Between the land, amenities and level of security, it’s no wonder celebrities, royalty and billionaires have long been drawn to this community,” said Aaron Kirman, founder and CEO of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California, who shares the listing with Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker. Adrian Van Anz 70 Beverly Park has not been available for purchase since the current owner, LA-based businessman Leonid Smirnov, bought it for $21.5 million in 2021. Smirnov, who fled Soviet communism in the 1970s, built a $200 million canned food empire that the Russian authorities took over and seized the assets for last year. Smirnov has urged President Trump to intervene as it sets a dangerous precedent for hundreds of US businesses operating in Russia, The Post reported. Adrian Van Anz When Hilton and Reum were ready to move on from the rental and buy a home of their own, they paid $63.1 million for Mark Wahlberg’s former house next door, 71 Beverly Park, which was double the size. The rental at No. 70 was built in 1995 and designed as a Mediterranean-style home that is 14,061 square feet and sits on 3.6 acres. Hilton’s current home is a breathtaking 30,500 square feet and sits on 6.2 acres. Both have pools and tennis courts. “All of the homes in Beverly Park are very secure and sit on large lots,” said Kirman, adding that there’s 24-hour armed gate security and private patrols. Hilton and Reum signed a multi-year lease for the home at No. 70 in early 2023, shortly after the birth of their son Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum, via surrogate, in January 2023. Their daughter London Marilyn Hilton Reum was born later that year, also via surrogate, in November 2023. A bedroom features private outdoor space. While the rental wasn’t for sale, Hilton loved the area’s gates, the acreage and the community park, Kirman said. “She doesn’t want to leave Beverly Park. She looked at a bunch of houses and still landed here.” Hilton’s former rental opens from private gates to reveal a circular drive, six-car garage and parking for 21 vehicles. The pool and hot tub add a resort-style feel to the home. Adrian Van Anz The backyard comes with walking paths, manicured lawns and the pool. Outside, there’s a guest house, an Astroturf-covered tennis court, an Olympic-size pool with a hot tub and “resort-style” grounds for entertaining. The home is anchored in part by a large chef’s kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and lots of windows, and a family room featuring another fireplace and a wet bar. The main bedroom suite includes two spa-like baths and two walk-in closets. There’s also an upstairs entertainment wing with a home theater.
