Olivia Attwood has claimed that her ex Bradley Dack's infidelity was 'not about her' as she said that people cheat because they 'lack morals and self control'.The former Love Island star, 35, split from footballer Bradley, 32, in January and subsequently accused him of cheating on her multiple times. Bradley is now thought to have rekindled a romance with his ex flame Emily Moloney after they were spotted out together earlier this summer. After the outing, in a series of scathing posts, Olivia branded Emily Bradley's 'bit on the side' and called her a 'professional benchwarmer'.While she is now in a happy relationship with TOWIE star Pete Wicks, Olivia has been open about how much she has struggled in the wake of her marriage breakdown. In a new episode from her podcast Olivia's House she spoke candidly about her thoughts on cheating in general, without naming Bradley specifically. She said: 'Over my life, dealing with infidelity or dealing with being cheated on is something that I've navigated differently over time. And I think that during this last six, seven months, I've definitely gone through different versions with it. 'When people used to say this to me, it didn't help me at all until it clicks. But being cheated on is not about you. And that is like the only way that I can really get it into anyone's head. Olivia Attwood has claimed that her ex Bradley Dack's infidelity was 'not about her' as she said that people cheat because they 'lack morals and self control' She said on her podcast this week: 'Being cheated on is not about you. And that is like the only way that I can really get it into anyone's head...''Like it is about you in the sense that you feel it, the pain, the betrayal. But no one cheats on someone, I don't think, unless it's a revenge case to hurt someone...'People cheat because they have, you know, a lack of morals, they lack self-control. Some people are genuinely wired that way. And I actually I'm of the belief and people disagree with me that it doesn't necessarily mean that you weren't loved or the relationship wasn't real.'She continued: 'I think what you have to understand is that the way they're capable of loving you is not enough for you. Right? And I know people in open relationships, they love each other and the way they love each other and show up for each other is completely in a way that I could never relate to. 'So I think as you're an adult, it's all about finding out what are what can you what is being loved to you? Like what does what does true love feel like? And that person they may love love you, but not in the way you need to be loved.''But yeah, that there's something, it's quite generalized, but it's something that helped me quite a lot. It's never about you. And you have to, like I said at the beginning of this episode, you can't suppress it. You have to do the work.'Olivia then explained how if you don't deal with your emotions around the cheating, it will 'eat you up'.She said: 'It will literally like it will eat you up. Like it was like coming out of my body. Like I was like covered in, I'm still covered in psoriasis.''I was not sleeping well was but I was functioning at a really high level. Like I was filming. I was doing all my businesses, my podcast, but inside what I realized is like I hadn't... I hadn't drawn a line on that chapter in my life and I hadn't processed stuff.'So, I just had to face a few realities even though they were uncomfortable realities. It was work that had to be done. I would say that I'm better. While she is now in a happy relationship with TOWIE star Pete Wicks, Olivia has been open about how much she has struggled in the wake of her marriage breakdown'And people always say to me like, 'Oh my god, you're so happy. You look so happy.' And what I'd say is that I think I'm still processing a lot of stuff, but there is so much happiness in my life.'Olivia recently appeared to take a cryptic swipe at ex Bradley as she continues to process their 'awful' split. The presenter took to her Instagram Stories and re-shared a sweary rant. It read: 'Stop being so f**king forgiving, people know exactly what the f**k they're doing.'Olivia also revealed she feared she was 'moving too fast' with Pete as she overcame her 'awful' split from Bradley.Speaking about her romance with Pete, Olivia said: 'It was unexpected, we went from platonic to non-platonic very quickly. He's extremely intelligent and compassionate and patient, all the things I desperately needed but didn't know I needed.'She went on to tell The Times: 'Is something amazing happening while I'm still processing something awful? Yes. People are telling me to be single, to go on dates. But if I shut things down with Pete I'd only be dating people to find the connection I have with him.'
