Ohio man wanted in several counties arrested after trailer park standoff
In a press release from the Mercer County Sheriff's Office, 51-year-old Bobby L. Mowery was arrested Friday evening in the Kozy Kampgrounds trailer park in Celina, Ohio after evading police in both Mercer and Darke Counties.
