Perhaps most famously, those playing on Xbox were getting in trouble for trying to record romance scenes, as they were automatically being uploaded into the cloud. Now, it turns out that platforms are still going after players for sharing their raunchy Baldur’s Gate 3 playthroughs - even if those players are the people who actually made the damn game. Yes, Larian itself was just banned from livestreaming its own game, seemingly because there were too many nip slips. Larian Just Got In Trouble For Getting Down And Dirty With Haarlep In Baldur’s Gate 3 This all took place during comms developer Aoife Wilson’s ongoing Baldur’s Gate 3 playthrough. In case you haven’t tuned in before, it is very, very modded. But that isn’t the reason she landed in trouble during today’s livestream - no, it was all thanks to something from the base game that we all have access to: hot incubus sex. You see, Wilson was in the House of Hope and decided to do a deal with Haarlep to gather information against Raphael. The only problem is that this “deal” involves having sex with Haarlep, and the game plays it out. So, we got several minutes or two naked characters grinding against one another, while someone else from Larian desperately tried to keep all the naughty parts hidden behind a huge D20. After some time, Wilson got past the sex scene, only to be told that the stream had been banned on YouTube. She continued, but just minutes later, the same thing had happened on TikTok, meaning the stream was now only available to watch via Twitch. “If you’re just joining us, this is the official Larian stream, welcome,” Wilson laughs. “True to form, we have just been banned on several platforms that we’re currently streaming to. Where are we even left now? Twitch. Fingers crossed. “Too hot for TikTok and YouTube,” she muses. “I’m taking that as a badge of honour.” This isn’t actually the first time Larian has gotten in trouble with TikTok.
