Nothing Phone 4a set for price hike on August 1, here is how much it may cost

Nothing is set to raise the price of the Phone 4a in India soon. As per a memo obtained by India Today Tech, the Nothing Phone 4a will get a Rs 3,000 hike across variants.The Nothing Phone 4a is getting a price hike, here is the new price.The Nothing Phone 4a is going to be more expensive. As the memory crisis continues, phonemakers are struggling to meet rising component costs, leading to higher prices. And now, Nothing will raise the price of the Phone 4a by as much as Rs 3,000.In a memo obtained by India Today Tech, Nothing informed retailers that the Phone 4a will get more expensive from August 1, 2026. As per the memo, the Phone 4a will now start from Rs 42,999 up from Rs 39,999.India Today Tech has reached out to Nothing for a comment. The story will be updated as and when the company responds.Do note that Nothing is not the only phonemaker to have raised prices recently. Vivo, Xiaomi, Realme, Poco, Samsung, the list is quite long. Nothing Phone 4a new pricesFrom Saturday, August 1, Nothing has asked partners to increase prices of the Phone 4a. The Phone 4a will cost Rs 42,999 for the base 8GB/128GB model, up from Rs 39,999, an increase of Rs 3,000.Other Nothing Phone 4a variants have also received a similar price hike. The price of the 8GB/256GB version will go from Rs 43,999 to Rs 46,999, while the 12GB/256GB model will set you back by Rs 49,999, up from Rs 46,999. The Phone 4a was originally launched at Rs 31,999, but has received price hikes as the market situation only gets worse for phonemakers.Previously Nothing co-founder Akis Evangelis stated that the RAM crisis had changed the way a smartphone was priced.
