NORTH West has sparked concern after revealing her thigh piercings on a night out following the cancellation of her U.S. tour. The band aids all over her arms are from these piercings.” Another added, “Those would be dermals. No minor should be getting dermals,” referring to the type of piercing that sits flat on the skin without an exit point like traditional piercings. Her outing comes as she canceled her 14-date Kimokawaii Tour, which she was going on to promote her debut EP N0rth4evr.
