NJ Transit is an arm of the state

HARRISBURG, Penn. — The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that New Jersey Transit is entitled to interstate sovereign immunity as an arm of the state, reversing a lower court and dismissing a negligence suit brought a passenger who was injured in a 2018 Philadelphia traffic collision.
