The 2026 cohort showcases the startups defining a market that is shifting from AI experimentation to enterprise-proven ROI—from agentic applications built for a single professional workflow to the infrastructure and aggregation layers that make them possible.This year’s winners were selected through a rigorous nomination and evaluation process led by Madrona, drawing on quantitative data, PitchBook’s VC Exit Predictor, and input from 72 venture capitalists across 54 firms.
