Mackinac Strait pipeline replacement halted

LANSING, Mich. — The Michigan Supreme Court vacated an order approving the replacement of Line 5 pipelines under the Mackinac Strait, ordered state regulators to assess the project’s potential environmental harms and compare those with the impacts of alternative proposals.
