IDF soldier injured by stray bullet in basic training, taken to hospital in serious condition

He received medical treatment at the scene immediately after the incident and was later evacuated to a hospital in serious condition. His family was notified.Investigators from the Military Police Criminal Investigation Division were dispatched to the base following the unusual incident and opened an investigation into the circumstances.
