‘Love Island UK’ 2026: Here’s How Many Votes This Season’s Winners Actually Got

The official Love Island finale figures have been revealed and they show just how much of a landslide Julia and Lorenzo won by. Posting on the official Love Island Instagram account last night, ITV2 shared a breakdown of both the first round of voting between the final three couples: Lorenzo and Julia, Angelista and Simba, and Jasmine and Kavan.During the first round of voting, in which one couple was then voted off, it was revealed Lorenzo and Julia had a 49.6 percent share of the vote. It was then super close between Angelista and Simba, and Jasmine and Kavan, with the latter receiving 27.1 percent of the vote versus Angelista and Simba, who had 26 percent of the vote. Just a 1 percent difference!After Angelista and Simba came in third place, the voting then reopened for the two remaining couples, and Julia and Lorenzo won by a landslide.Lifted Entertainment//ITVThe winning couple received 62.4 percent of the overall vote, and Jasmine and Kavan had 37.6 percent.It's one of the biggest landslide wins in recent series, with last year's winners Toni and Cach winning by 33.5 percent of the vote, and 2024 winners Mimii and Josh with 41 percent of the vote.Add Cosmopolitan as a preferred source in your Google search results.Use your Google account to add this to your settings.Despite smashing the voting, Lorenzo was stunned to win the title this year and when told by host Maya Jama he and Julia won, he just continued to laugh in shock.After the surprise wore off, Lorenzo went on to say about the couple's win, “It’s very surreal. I did not think this would happen eight weeks ago walking in there. What an honor; very privileged, very humbled.”As for Julia, she said about their win, “We feel very grateful and it’s crazy, coming from Casa I had no idea I would make it through Casa and then win. What has happened?! We loved it and enjoyed every second, and always lived in the moment.”The couple won £50,000 between them and have since revealed how they're going to be spending it, with Lorenzo saying he wants to buy a “nice token from this experience, maybe a watch or something to commemorate it,” oh and also a holiday, too.Julia will be looking to buy a pair of heels.
