Looksmaxxing influencer Clavicular, 20, charged with rape after ‘drugging woman for sex’ as he faces 20 years in jail

A CONTROVERSIAL “looksmaxxing” influencer has been charged with rape over claims he drugged a woman before having sex with her. The explosive criminal case appears to mirror allegations levelled against the controversial influencer in a separate civil lawsuit earlier this year. Fellow content creator Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, known online as Alorah Ziva, sued Peters in April over an alleged unwanted sexual encounter in Cape Cod in May 2025. Mendoza claims Peters paid for an Uber to bring her to his family home after she agreed to meet him in the hope it could help further her online career. But the lawsuit alleges Peters instead plied Mendoza, who was underage, with “excessive amounts of alcohol” before having sex with her when she was too drunk to consent. She further alleges he sexually assaulted her again while she was asleep. The court doc states: “Peters then had sex with Mendoza while she was knowingly intoxicated, to the point where she was unable to give consent. Details surrounding the alleged victim in the criminal case remain limited, with court documents not naming her in line with Massachusetts laws surrounding sexual violence. Peters has not directly addressed the criminal allegations but lashed out at Mendoza’s civil case in a fiery post on X on Monday night. He wrote: “Trying to get my attention in anyway [sic] possible, a lawsuit? Seriously … really petty of you. “Clavicular has not been physically served. As usual, the Bulwark is exaggerating the status of a case to boost traffic,” the representative told The Hollywood Reporter. In a statement shared with TMZ at the time of Mendoza’s original suit, Clavicular’s attorney, Steve Kramer, responded: “We are aware of the complaint recently filed against Mr. Peters. “These are allegations only and remain unproven. Mr. Peters denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events. “He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself. We will not comment further at this time.” Peters is reportedly due to be arraigned on October 14. The charges are the latest latest controversy to hit the notorious streamer, who has amassed a huge following by pushing the extreme “looksmaxxing” craze. In April, Peters was rushed to hospital after appearing to collapse during a livestream with pals at a restaurant. Disturbing footage appeared to show him slurring his words and struggling to hold his head up before slumping in his chair as worried friends called an ambulance. A 911 dispatcher reported a “20-year-old male overdose” at around 5.46pm in Miami, and Peters was taken to hospital where he was later said to be stable. It remains unclear what he is alleged to have taken. And his growing rap sheet of controversies has repeatedly landed him in hot water with cops. In February, Peters was arrested inside a nightclub after allegedly using a fake ID to get in while underage and carrying prescription drugs, Scottsdale Police Department claimed. He was arrested again last month after allegedly orchestrating a vicious showdown between two women before posting footage of the clash online. Peters was facing misdemeanor battery and conspiracy to commit battery charges over the alleged brawl. He has also come under scrutiny over a wild video allegedly showing him shooting at an alligator from an airboat in the Everglades. Peters boasts hundreds of thousands of followers and has become a prominent figure in the controversial online “manosphere”. But the darker corners of the “looksmaxxing” craze have sparked alarm over young men resorting to brutal measures in pursuit of supposedly perfect features. Michael Halpin, Associate Professor of Sociology at Dalhousie University, previously told The Sun: “I observed a teenager stating that he was going to take his own life if he did not reach 6ft in height. “While other users were told they were too ugly for ‘looksmaxxing’ and they should consider suicide. “They are told they need to looksmax if they want to look better or ‘normal.’”
