Logico, affectionately dubbed the ‘barefoot’ general, has taken the helm as the new superintendent of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA), succeeding Navy Vice Adm. Caesar Bernard Valencia. Valencia, a distinguished alumnus from the PMA "Bigkis Lahi" class of 1990, retired after a 40-year military career.
