In a recent column, George F. Will unintentionally reveals a major cause of our society’s problems (“U.S. is losing people, its most valuable resource,” Star-Advertiser, April 26). He is worried that the U.S. population is dwindling, and says that “people are resources.” Thinking of people as “resources” is an outlook that comes from greedy corporations, and serves only them.
