Letter: Dubious green fee stand-in projects
The purpose of the green fee, Act 96, is to fund initiatives that promote environmental stewardship, hazard mitigation in the face of sea-level rise and infrastructure resilience in disasters. It is also designed to mitigate impacts of tourism on the natural environment.
