REALITY TV legend Kate Lawler has revealed she and her husband are going through a “hard” time as she admitted they got couples therapy while on holiday. Kate and Boj are currently on a month-long holiday with their little family and she confessed the pair have already had two couples therapy sessions. The 46-year-old shared a sweet video of her and Boj cuddled up on the beach with their dog perched behind them. Kate wrote in text across the clip: “I saw a quote that said: ‘If you can get through the stage of marriage where it’s all about the kids and working, you can get through anything.'” Opening up on their tough time, she captioned the post: “I know it’s not the same for everyone but becoming parents has been the hardest thing we’ve ever navigated as a couple. “During the month we were on holiday, we had couples therapy twice. “Over the past five years, speaking with Diana regularly has helped us more than words can describe.” Most read in Showbiz Kate continued: “And if there’s one thing I’ve learnt from these sessions it’s this… “Always remember to protect your relationship as fiercely as you do your family, because one day the chaos will settle, and it’ll be the two of you again.” The brave post was accompanied by the song Space Between Us by Evren Hale.
