A NEW Marks & Spencer store opened to the public this week following a major revamp. Hundreds of customers queued for the unveiling of the refurbished food branch as it welcomed back shoppers following a seven-week closure. For those who can’t step inside an M&S without leaving with a sweet treat, the expanded bakery section will prove exciting. It will serve the supermarket chain’s iconic range of baked goods, including the newly relaunched Gingerbread and White Chocolate Cookies. For a coffee while you shop, the upgraded coffee counter offers barista-made takeaway hot drinks. The store features various impressive alcohol displays, too, with expansive wine walls and cocktail fridges to shop from.
