Crimson Desert is a massive open-world action-adventure game where you play as a mercenary named Kliff, who is trying to reunite his clan after a brutal defeat. Throughout your journey, you'll fight all manner of enemies, uncover secret treasure hidden throughout the world, and complete quests for all manner of citizens in distress. One of the major locations you'll continue returning to is the Abyss. A series of floating island chains with various puzzles that you'll need to solve. Tomb of Perdition is an Abyss island you'll come across after completing the Spire of Frost in Pailune. Here is how to solve this puzzle and what you get for your trouble. Tomb Of Perdition Solution When you arrive at the Tomb of Perdition, make your way across the moving platforms until you reach the Abyss Gate. Step on it to trigger a fast travel point, and then look at the cage. Before we do anything, climb onto the cage's roof and look to your right. You will see a treasure chest embedded in the wall. Inside will be a Surge III Abyss Gear and a Faded Abyss Artifact. Hop back down to where the Abyss Gate is and use your Axiom Force on the yellow switch below the cage. This will cause the cage to rotate, opening up a path to your left. Head into the cage and then make your way into the adjoining room. Inside, you'll find a square-shaped Abyss Core floating on the ground. Grab the core with Axiom Force and bring it back out to where the switch is. Use your Axiom Force on the switch a second time to rotate the cage and give you access to the room on the right. Bring the Abyss Core you just found and drag it into the newly opened chamber. Inside, you'll find a slot that you can place the Abyss Core into. Don't worry about the other switches in the side rooms and on the cage. These are there just in case you ever get accidentally stuck in the cage and have no relevance to the puzzle. The only switch you need to worry about is the one below the cage by the Abyss Gate. Once you've placed the core, grab both of the rectangular Abyss Cores and bring them outside to the switch. Hit the switch a third time, grab one of the two Abyss Cores, and bring it into the chamber to the left. You'll find a rectangular slot in the left room along the wall where the light is shining. It can be easy to miss, so use the photo above for reference. After the Abyss Core is in place, go back outside, grab the other rectangular Abyss Core, and move it on top of the cage. Climb up onto the cage and look for a slot that's between the circular switch on the ground and the altar. Bring the Abyss Core over to the slot and slam it into this slot to fully power up the circular switch. Approach the circular switch, crouch, and perform a Force Palm strike to complete the Tomb of Perdition puzzle. This will spawn an Abyss Artifact at the altar, which you can collect. If you want to keep progressing through this island chain, head back to where the switch is and look to your right. You'll see a triangular gate that you can pass through. This will activate a podium you can grab with your Axiom Force to open up another path for you to follow.
