How To Sell Silver In The Blood Of Dawnwalker

The Blood Of Dawnwalker: Silver Trader Guide Published Sep 5, 2026, 11:26 AM EDT Collin is a Guides Staff Writer at TheGamer who has been writing guides for nearly ten years. He is also a professional game/level designer. More importantly, he's still waiting for a new Ape Escape game to release. If you want to survive the dangerous world of The Blood of Dawnwalker you will need some money in your pocket. Whether it's to buy medical supplies, new weapons, or just books to unlock more skills, you can never have enough Denarius. Some of the rarest and most lucrative items to sell are those made of silver; however, finding a buyer can be a bit tricky. Silver is illegal in the world of The Blood of Dawnwalker, so you cannot just walk up to any merchant and sell off all the silver goblets you've found. Here is where you can find the silver merchant and how to unlock him. How To Unlock The Silver Trader To unlock the Silver Trader, you have two routes you can take: complete the Into the Den quest or raise your infamy with the court to Level 4. Raise Infamy Your first method for unlocking the Silver Trader is to raise your overall Infamy to Level 4. This is something you'll just achieve by playing the game, as Infamy rises as you disrupt the court's plans. It can be anything from destroying their stocks of blood, intercepting prisoner transports, or just clearing out camps of guards. Once your Infamy is Level 4, you'll be able to talk to the Silver Trade and convince him to buy silver from you. Into The Den Quest The second method is to complete the quest Into the Den, which you can access both during and after the prologue. Found in the peat bog northwest of Laslea Glen, you'll be tasked with slaying the Ravenous Bear boss when you arrive. If you're looking to complete this after the Prologue, just go to the cave on the map marked above to find the bear. If you're just starting in the prologue, I recommend first completing the Deep Down side quest, as this will equip you with a better sword and some armor. You'll need it because this boss does quite a lot of damage and can easily kill you in a couple of hits if you're attempting this side quest at the very start of the game. I also suggest finding some food you can use as healing items in case you do take a few smacks during the fight. Found inside its cave, the Ravenous Bear will attempt to slash at you with its claws. These attacks can come from either the right, left, or above, so be ready to block in the appropriate direction. This boss's moves are quite easy to parry since they're fairly slow, so make sure to block right as the shield icon turns red so you can stagger the bear and open it up to some easy hits. You'll also want to watch out for its unblockable attack, so make sure to dodge either to the left or right when it performs this move. Doing so will move you alongside the boss, giving you a couple of seconds to hit the Ravenous Boss. Don't overcommit to an attack if you're battling the Ravenous Bear in the Prologue. It's better to just parry its strikes so you can get a moment to hit it a few times. Once the bear is dead, make your way to the back of the cave and inspect the corpse to find a note. This will tell you to find a house with a yellow X painted inside. This will be the only home in the peat bog with a door (shown above), so head inside and dig out the treasure. Doing so will cost you a single segment of time. Silver Trader Location The Silver Trader is in southwest corner of Svartrau City. You can visit this city once the Prologue is over, and the actual Silver Trader will be marked on your map with a goblet icon when you get close to it. If you haven't formally unlocked the Silver Trader, he will just tell Coen to leave him alone. However, once you've achieved one of the two prerequisites above, you'll be able to select a new dialogue option that convinces the Silver Trader to buy from you. Silver can go for a pretty penny, with most items selling for a few hundred Denarius. You will also unlock the Smuggler achievement for selling over 1,000 Denarius worth of Silver to this merchant.
