How Long Ago Was the ‘Love Island USA’ Season 8 Reunion Actually Filmed?

The Love Island USA reunion is incoming! So, if you’re the type of person to make plans on a Monday night (impressed/in awe), you should probably cancel them and either head to the nearest available LIUSA watch party or curl up on the couch at home for a much-needed catch-up with the Islanders. The reunion airs tonight at 9 p.m. ET on Peacock, but unlike other reality shows that either film reunions live or air them very shortly after filming, Love Island USA filmed its reunion literal weeks ago.The Love Island Season 8 reunion was filmed 21 days ago on August 10 in Universal City, California. So yes: we’re going to need a post-reunion reunion to make sure the info is up-to-date—a lot can change in three weeks!Due to the fact that this episode filmed in front of an audience, spoilers have already dropped about what happened:Based on this, it sounds like there wasn’t too much drama, but the trailer does tease some tension between Kenzie and Melanie (which could have something to do with Kenzie talking about her on Sol’s livestream), not to mention Melanie and Sol. As for where relationships stand, it looks like—at least as of 21 days ago—the core four couples from the season are still together: aka Trinity & Bryce, Aniya & Carl, Melanie & Sincere, and Kayda & Zach. KC & TiTi and Dylan & Kenzie also seem to be going strong. The reunion is hosted by Andy Cohen and Love Island USA’s very own Ariana Madix, so it should be unmissable, to say the least. See you tonight!
