(Picture: BBC/UNPIXS) Brilliant comedian and so-so publican Joe Lycett has been playing a decent game on Celebrity Traitors. The 38-year-old helped expose Richard E. Grant (Although Richard exposed himself, really), and his name has not really come up in the Traitors’ turret or at the round table. All of that might be about to change soon, however. Last night Joe, for whatever reason, spent the evening telling anyone who would listen (and several people who clearly weren’t listening) that he wanted to be recruited by the Traitors. ‘I was going to have an alcoholic drink, but actually I’m not going to now, because I want a clear head in case I’m recruited,’ he told the kitchen. ‘There’s a beautiful vacancy now,’ he declared before explaining how his history of impish stunts would make him well suited to the emerald cloak. Could Joe be the next Faithful sent home empty-handed? Well, it’s possible, but Joanne McNally is looking vulnerable as well.
