Ex-Ohio State president’s exit raises questions on university’s ethics enforcement

Ohio State University’s 47-page “investigation” of former president Ted Carter’s two years as they pertain to university ethics and other violations of university and possibly state regulations falls short on several major questions, writes retired OSU Professor Emeritus of English and History Harvey J.
