EPFO review meet held

Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner of Karnataka and Goa Zone Jay Kumar chairing a meeting at the EPFO zonal office in Hubballi on Friday. | Photo Credit: SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner of Karnataka and Goa Zone Jay Kumar has emphasised improving service delivery, timely settlement of claims and grievance redressal.Chairing the first operations and maintenance meeting for the financial year 2026-27 at the zonal office of Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) here on Friday, Mr. Kumar stressed on compliance and enforcement activities, recovery of dues, pension-related services, legal matters and public outreach initiatives.During the review meeting, strategies were discussed to achieve the targets set for the current year. The meeting also provided a platform for the Regional Offices to present their issues, challenges and suggest measures for improving organisational performance, a release from the EPFO Zonal Office stated.The meeting was attended by the in-charge Commissioners of all the ten regional offices under the jurisdiction of the Hubballi Zone covering various districts of Karnataka and Goa, the release said.
