DOTr: Free MRT-3 rides on Wednesdays of August for National ID holders
MANILA, Philippines — National ID holders may avail themselves of free rides on the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) every Wednesday of August, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) announced on Friday. The free train rides will be available on August 5, 12, 19, and 26, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 p.m.
