ARSENAL superstar Declan Rice has become the latest England star to withdraw from Thomas Tuchel’s squad during the international break. This comes after Newcastle’s Tino Livramento, Chelsea’s Cole Palmer and Manchester United duo Kobbie Mainoo and Marcus Rashford were ruled out for the upcoming Nations League fixtures.
