Played by Norman Reedus, the character of Daryl Dixon made his on-screen debut in the original series' first season back in 2010 when AMC began adapting Robert Kirkman's graphic novels. After The Walking Dead ended in 2022, Reedus reprised the role a year later for the spinoff named after his character, a show that has already aired three seasons. Just over a year ago, though, AMC announced that Daryl Dixon would be ending after the upcoming fourth season. While a premiere date hasn't been revealed yet, AMC did just share a teaser trailer for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 4, which revealed that the show will return sometime in 2027.
