The Company will pay Market One a fee of C$98,000 for the services provided. The Company’s agreement with Market One is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”).There are no performance factors contained in the agreement and Market One will not receive common shares or options as compensation.
