Colorado’s AI discrimination
DENVER — Elon Musk's x.AI challenges a new Colorado bill regulating "algorithmic discrimination," defined as any differential treatment resulting from the use of an artificial intelligence system. x.AI says the bill forces AI systems to conform to what it calls "highly politicized" speech favored by the state, in violation of the First Amendment.
