He also commented on two Independent members of the Bihar Legislative Council joining the BJP and an incident in Madhubani in which a police officer allegedly opened fire, killing one person and injuring three others.Addressing a gathering in Begusarai, Kishor said the chief minister gave people an opportunity to laugh every five to 10 days through his remarks. At an event in New Delhi on Tuesday, Choudhary had claimed that there could be some “apraadh” in Bihar but the state had got rid of crime. “Hamare yahan koi apraadh nahi hai. Apraadh ka concept hi khatam ho chuka hai. Crime ho sakte hain, lekin apraadh nahi, koi apraadhi nahi hai (There is no crime in Bihar. The very concept of crime has been eliminated. There may be crimes, but there is no ‘apraadh’. There are no criminals),” the chief minister had said.Responding to the remarks, Kishor said, “When a person who has failed Class 7 is made a leader, such statements can be expected.
