Chris Eubank Jr gives tour of huge Dubai house featuring roof terrace and pool but boxer admits it needs ‘a lot of work’

CHRIS EUBANK JR appears ready to put down more permanent roots in Dubai after revealing he may have finally found his dream home. The British boxing star, 36, gave fans a tour of a huge property in the UAE after spending months searching for the right place. He then showed off the enormous three-storey property, which comes complete with a swimming pool and plenty of outdoor space. Footage showed a slick modern exterior, huge windows and spacious rooms overlooking the pool area. Eubank also headed all the way upstairs to show off what he labelled the “THIRD FLOOR ROOFTOP”. But the 35-4 fighter admitted the property is far from finished and would require some serious work before he could call it home. While walking around the basement, he wrote: “HOUSE HAS GOT A LOT OF WORK THAT NEEDS DOING BUT THE SPACE IS IMPRESSIVE. IM A MAKE AN OFFER.” Eubank already spends plenty of his time in Dubai and has strong family ties to the city. The potential house purchase comes as Eubank prepares to get his boxing career moving again, following a lengthy spell out of the ring and welcoming twin boys into the world. He has not fought since his rematch defeat to bitter rival Conor Benn at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in November 2025. Benn dominated the return bout and dropped Eubank twice in the final round before winning a wide unanimous decision by scores of 119-107, 116-110 and 118-108. It came seven months after Eubank had beaten Benn on points in their first blockbuster meeting at the same stadium. Eubank later revealed he had been battling health problems and said he would not box again until he was back to ‘100 per cent’. But he has since signalled that he intends to return before the end of the year and has been weighing up offers from around the world, including a potential fight in Nigeria. And should Eubank fight again, a move back up to the 168lb super-middleweight division has been touted after the gruelling demands of competing at middleweight.
