CHANTELLE Houghton is in talks with Big Brother to make a surprise return to the house next month. Insiders say the reality star, who won the show in 2006, is being lined up as a guest housemate. Chantelle, 42, appeared in the Channel 4 series of Celebrity Big Brother, where she was put into a house of stars and challenged to persuade them that she was famous.
